Josh is Terrible. Knowledgeable / professional/ But has no interest in servicing you after he sells you the policies. He moves on and lets general staff answer your calls. In the begining he was all for staying in contact but that changed and he admitted he is not a brick and mortar agency. He claims to be too busy to be that kind of help to his customers. policy prices went up drastically and no help to try and find less expensive alternatives.
