A bit of a late review, but Brad is one of the best realtors around! We had been talking to a few realtors, but Brad was one of the few who would give us his honest opinion on houses we were touring, rather than trying to sell the place up in order to make a quick buck. He was transparent throughout the process, and was always communicative and replied speedily.
