Dr. Williams was awesome at helping my 98 year-old mom replace her old worn-out hearing aids with the very latest technology. Dr. Williams was very kind, caring and patient, and helped both my mom and I to understand the best option for the best price, which was very important to us as Mom is on a fixed income. She came up with a reasonably priced set that will allow me to speak directly into the hearing aids to Mom through Bluetooth if necessary, and will also let mom listen to her television shows directly through Bluetoot... read more
