1, i booked about a month in advance, I rearranged my whole weekly scheduled to come and when I showed up to my appointment no one was even here. Kind of annoying being that I drove across town to make it on time. No one answered the phone or the Ring doorbell that was at the front.
Michelle is amazing. She has helped my son with managing his emotions and it has indeed helped my entire family.
