Everyone comes here with just grievances, this makes online reviews unreliable. I feel that for every gripe there are many more happy members who just go about business without leaving online reviews. I am very happy and satisfied with We Financial. I have been banking at their location from the days of People's Credit Union. When you join a credit union, the perks and benefits don't appear as a shiny facility and the same type of staffing or website of a commercial bank, we are "members" not "customers" and that is a big di... read more
WORST banking system! slow and NEVER accurate online system; always locks you out, they never answer telephone; they operate as if still in the 1960's.. no one knows anything, nothing up to date. great rates; but you will NEVER be able to enjoy it since they cause you delay and problems.
Horrible Customer service for "members", agents take call back commitments and no one calls back or seems to care about your matters at hand.
