Hire at your own risk! WE Floors is simply the worst of the worst of contractors. The contractor is incompetent, unethical, and doesn't have the skills to properly tile a floor. They will hire anyone off the street, and doesn't employ anyone that can converse in English. After nine months of renovations and having to rip up newly tiled floors on multiple occasions because of improper installation, I've kicked them out of my house. The person who sold us our pricey floors (Hermans) is really nice. But he constantly makes promises that he breaks and ignores. They are quick about getting their money but become completely inaccessible when you need them to address an issue. The last time they were ducking us we had to go complain to the kitchen & bath place that recommended them before We Floors would return our many calls and emails.
