I was given an appointment at 5.30 p.m on September 10, 2025. I clearly mentioned while booking that it will be my wife's first visit. Normally it takes 1 hour for initial assesment and check up.when I called at 5.15 p.m to ask that I might be late by 10 mins, they asked me to hang on. I waited for 5 mins and they said no, it's not possible. Next, I asked okay, then I will come at 5.30 as per my booking time. NOT A REAL PHYSICAL THERAPY PLACE! I would never have gone here based on some reviews, but my insurance sent me after an accident. They are terrible! They kept getting the injured side wrong, also ignoring my primary complaint, then they made me sit in a chair for the first month while they shined a light at me claiming this is physical therapy. Then, after I asked for real physical therapy, they handed me a couple sheets of paper exercises and sent me on my way after having me do each one once. Total of 10 mins appointment ... read more

The Staff here are very Friendly. However I went in for a bad Shoulder was told it would take time to get results through this laser treatment. They wanted me 2 days a week for an hour of treatment and a bit of time with Therapist. Quite some time later I ran out of my coverage and still no results. When my policy renewed I Went some where else they are cheaper and I go once a week for about 30 mins and every week there is improvement. So Nice people but as for getting results I can not recommend. To much faith in the laser ... read more

I had nasty right hip pain, walking was becoming difficult. I started having twinges on left side too as I began compensating for the wonky right. Pain would awaken me in the night. Did not take long to determine it was a misaligned pelvis. Began PT right away, 2x a week. Was given exercises for home, which at first were difficult. The more I did them though, the stronger I got.
