After they fixed my cracked screen, the finger print scanner didn't work, and a corner of the new screen was loose. After a month of usage, the same corner that was faulty ended up causing the whole panel to short out and caused the LCD to stop working. Took it in to explain the situation, and the owner refused to accept responsibility for the poor installation. Take your money elsewhere.

I went in today because my watch band had broken and the “clip” was completely stuck. I tried to get it out for a couple days, I took it to Best Buy and they couldn’t get it, took it to Batteries Plus and they couldn’t get it. This place was my last option. Went in, walked out 3 minutes later with the problem fixed and my new watch band in place! Both of the people there were so helpful and kind. They didn’t even charge for the work.

Took an iPad 11inch 3rd gen to them to get fixed. Not 2 days later the iPad touch was acting up and they told me there’s no warranty that it was now my problem and if I wanted to get it fixed it was gonna cost more. Place is a rip off and I will never return or recommend to anyone.
