Called to replace a phone screen for galaxy s20 ultra and i got a price of 450 for the screen and the salesman kept insisting that the screen itself is $300+ and its a really hard job. All bs the screen "oem" online is less than $200 as a business man myself i know they buy them even cheaper than the online prices. Overpriced. Everywhere i called they were asking for less and they have options of original and aftermarket. Which really makes sense because who wants to pay 450 for a screen of a phone that sells for 500 used.
Literately was waiting outside…door locked!! Guy didn’t even acknowledge me seriously worst customer service!!
I hate writing a bad review so I'll try keep this factual: 1) Filled in appointment time with details of requested repair (common model). 2) Turned up for appointment 5 mins early. 3) Told upon arrival that they didn't have the part (repair is listed on website and appointment form). 4) I comment that I would have appreciated a phone call (appointment scheduled >2 hours earlier). 5) "Sorry, I tried but the phone keeps ringing" as they sail off to answer the phone leaving me unable to ask questions such as: when might you hav... read more
