This little gem is really extraordinary!! There are two ladies that managed the store and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help the customers. I just can’t say enough good things about Batteries Plus!!
Jasmin and Yana were phenomenal. Very friendly, efficient and successful in resolving my issue. Highly recommend this outstanding team!

Called to replace a phone screen for galaxy s20 ultra and i got a price of 450 for the screen and the salesman kept insisting that the screen itself is $300+ and its a really hard job. All bs the screen "oem" online is less than $200 as a business man myself i know they buy them even cheaper than the online prices. Overpriced. Everywhere i called they were asking for less and they have options of original and aftermarket. Which really makes sense because who wants to pay 450 for a screen of a phone that sells for 500 used.
Literately was waiting outside…door locked!! Guy didn’t even acknowledge me seriously worst customer service!!
