Batteries Plus confirmed my online appointment to replace the battery in my Samsung note, but when I arrived, they told me they needed to order the battery. This was a wasted trip and frustrating since I had provided the phone model when scheduling. It would be helpful if they checked for parts availability before confirming appointments. Also, the price quoted was $80, significantly higher than buying the battery that came with tools and doing it myself(20 on amazon w same day shipping). The people here are all an absolute pleasure to encounter. Mike and Tiffany went out of their way to help me with my cellphone and went above and beyond what is expected. Somehow managed to turn a barely cracked screen into a completely broken phone, then tried to make me wait a week and a half for parts. Customer service was nice but if you actually want your phone fixed hit up NoCo cell repair!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My phone was giving me problems charging. I thought I needed a new charging port, but they saved me $130 by cleaning my charging port.
