The gentleman by the name of Cory at location 727 was amazing. He greeted me when I walked in and he took care of my issue with my phone within 20 minutes he deserves a raise.
Cory got my phone screen fixed fast, feels like my phone is brand new!!!
Drake at the Novi location was great! He went out of his way to solve the phone charger issue in my car. I’d highly recommend this Batteries Plus location. Ask for Drake!
I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair.
