Very professional, helpful, friendly customer service!
They don’t like to answer their phones. Have called them 13 times and not a single person has tried to answer. Why have a company phone if you’re not going to answer?!
This is NOT an authorized Apple product service location. If they service your iPhone you don't get an Apple product replacement screen, your phone generates errors due to this. Think twice before using this service from Batteries Plus. My phone's battery was depleted in 8-10 hours at best after they serviced it. Don't know if it was an issue with the replacement labor or material but it was working at a high capacity before replacing a screen that had a minor crack.
THEY REPAIR PHONES!! I had a clients phone that had a few issues and Googled nearest phone repair and this was the first company that appeared. Arrived, went in and met the manager. Explained the situation and he was so polite and knowledgeable. And after several minutes, he was abled to diagnosis all the repairs. Although, it was unrepairable, it was an assurance that I was right all along. So, my client got a new phone. Thanks guys for all the help! Keep up the great work!
