I dropped my phone on the floor so I wasn't able to use it at all. I didn't think anyone would be able to fix it in that bad of shape. William, Rahsaan & Arvin not only fixed my phone but helped with the insurance. They didn't see it as just another transaction. They saw it as a way to help someone out who was having a bad morning.
