Went in November 13th to order a battery for my phone. Over a month later, I went in to see why it was taking so long to come in, since they told me it was coming from Chicago. They had to "reorder it" because "someone" messed up". Battery finally comes in and I dropped my phone off on Saturday December 18th. My iPhone XS Max lcd screen went out so I called the store on 07/19/2020 around 3:40 pm and spoke with associate Juan. I asked him what the repair cost would be and he stated $189 plus tax but I would have to come the next day because the person who repairs the phones has left for the day.
