Came in on July 20th first thing in the morning at 8. I needed my phone fix the charging port was giving me issues and I already knew the issue. I can't remember the workers name but I came in explained the story of what was going on with my phone before I even continued my story the guy cuts me off and goes "oh it's your mainboard, I won't touch or fix your phone." Went to get my phone battery replaced. Dude said they need my password to the phone and to come back in four hours. I've had phone repair done before and never had to provide my password. I told him I didn't want to give my password and he said he needed it to boot the phone back up after the battery was replaced. I asked if I could just put in the password when I came to pick up the phone and he said they didn't do things like that. Ultimately I left and will seek service service somewhere else.

Amazing experience… if you enjoy paying for defective repairs and being blamed for them. I had my screen replaced here in November. Right after the repair, I put on a screen protector and—like magic—a mysterious “stain” appeared on the screen one month later. No drops, no damage, just instant disappointment. When I went back to the store, I was told it was “probably a crack.” Interesting theory—except that if the screen protector is removed, there is no crack at all. None.
