Batteries and phone repair only, no electronics. I brought in something that needed a simple sautering repair. the clerk gave an incredulous look and told me I'd need to buy a whole new unit. Took it to another location nearby, repairs were complete in less than 15 minutes and a $10 charge.
Store was open on a Sunday, which I'm extremely grateful for! I had an emergency phone screen replacement issue (Samsung Galaxy S8, Android). Discovered that the last repair from another Seattle store had permanently damaged the internal parts of my phone - and charged me around the same price! Batteries Plus staff kept me informed of all the changes and potential delays along the way due to this previous mishap. They were able to replace the screen and include a new battery.
