I was in your location on 1512 E. Riverside Blvd to try and purchase a new battery for my watch . Unfortunately the watch is no longer working and the new battery did not get it to work again . The gentleman that assisted me today was Mitch. Very honest and extremely nice . If there’s anything you do for outstanding customer service Mitch certainly deserves it .
