Made an appointment online to replace iphone battery. Went over and left my phone there. Came back in a couple of hours and was told the battery was not available. Terrible experience.
Called to have my lens repaired on phone, was told I had to come in and put deposit down to order part and then come at later date to repair. Showed up in the afternoon to order part to find “ back in 15 bathroom break “ sign taped to door with no time on it. Waited 15 w family in car just to see and nothing. Hoped they washed there hands
Told me I need a new phone because my circuit board had water damage. Took it somewhere else an hour later for a second opinion and my phone just needed to be dried out. $12 repair and my phone is working perfectly. If you go here and get devastating news, d o yourself a favor and get a second opinion from Seminole repair.
