I wish there is zero stars for this junk place. They replaced my iPhone screen through tmobile insurance clamp that sent me to them,they ended up installing an aftermarket screen that doesnt work, and they even told me that I have a month if the phone acts up I can bring it back for them to look at, they lie in your face and will not honor thier warranty. Don't go there if you dont want to pay to fix your phone twice.
This time, I was there for a watch battery. I've also used them for Key fob and car batteries.
Matthew came through for me... I paid for the installation and he did a Terrific job on my daughter's car.. I choose to shop Batteries Plus because of the consistent service I have received in the past.. I trust their advice.. Today was the same and although there were small issues with the installation Matthew handled it like a champ.
They couldn't replace the screen on my Microsoft surface
