I had a very disappointing experience with what should have been a simple iPhone battery replacement. During the process, they broke my screen. While they did replace the screen, the Face ID no longer worked. They eventually replaced a camera component, and Face ID started working again. Although they claimed the replacement battery was an Apple battery, it does not hold a charge for more than six hours. I didn't end up using them, because my phone is just to outdated to repair, however the gentleman I spoke with the day I called was excellent and very helpful in answering my questions and explaining what all was involved and how long it takes etc. If I have a need in the future you'll be the first place I'll go.
