I didn't end up using them, because my phone is just to outdated to repair, however the gentleman I spoke with the day I called was excellent and very helpful in answering my questions and explaining what all was involved and how long it takes etc. If I have a need in the future you'll be the first place I'll go.

They won't even attempt to fix your phone if there is any real damage. "cell phone repair" is misleading. Should lable themselves "screen repair" if that's all they're willing to do. (Which they wouldn't even do for me). I was told to "just buy a new phone". Though my phone is fairly damaged, All I needed was a new screen for the phone to work, I told them I was willing to pay for just the screen and they wouldn't have to worry about the rest, but they refused to even try.
