They do an outstanding job. They address the problem quickly and accurately and fix it on the spot. They will even come out to your home if necessary. I had a problem with the volume on my speakers and they solved it right away. I would highly recommend them.
I had a problem with my PC not loading web browser and web pages. I thought it was a problem with a new mesh system I had installed but after determining it was a problem with the PC I had to have the technician return. After the second visit he was able to diagnose the problem ( McAfee anti virus problem) and remove the program. The computer is working great now...faster than ever! Thanks!
We fix computers is terribly unprofessional. The owner, she is one of the main reasons I will never be back in that shop. She is rude, snappy, and has no idea what she is talking about or doing when it comes to electronics, period. I had my computer fixed at this place a few months ago in July and the tech was great, everything worked great and he was very professional and helpful every step of the way. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, great service techs. Also, I love my new wireless printer I got from them, can print from my iPad and even my iphone. Highly recommend!
Pleasant folks who explain their services, costs clearly. I ended up buying a new laptop from them, and they had my data transferred and ready to go as promised. Good to have a local computer resource.
