0 stars. Rude, unprofessional, misleading and very pathetic GM who says cannot do anything and cares more about getting her way than retaining business. She argued with me when I said I was being over charged interest on additional payments each month on a simple interesting claiming that's the way it is so I told remove the extra $150 interest and paying car off and she said out if her hands but refused to direct me to someone who could and continued to argue why she is right then walked away. First off these people finance LEMONS. vehicles that don't work, they will take your money finance you and take it back and put it back on the lot and so on.....I gave these low life's 3k and allowed them to finance me another 11k TOTALL OF 14K for a 2014 PriusC and guess what the battery failed me 6 weeks after purchase.
