Tom and his staff have been amazing. They have taken care of all of my automotive needs recently without an issue. From a transmission replacment... tire fix... new tires... to simple oil changes and inspections... Customer for life here!

We came in for a check engine light. Was told 70 for a diagnostic. Then told 120. When we declined the price jumped to 480. So we did the work. 1500 for 5 coil packs and a vvt solenoid. When we pick it up he says there was another coil pack that needed replacing. Price went to 1740. Then after all that he didn't replace the 6th coil pack. This place is a legit ripoff. I'd stay as far away as possible from this guy. I can't imagine he just started doing this to people. I'd bet he does this often.

Don’t know a thing about their service, but did observe one of their trucks driving insanely recklessly on the Blue Route. Speeding, cutting people off, following 5 feet from bumpers. If that’s the measure of their professionalism and judgement, steer clear.

My son was on his way home to north Carolina from Massachusetts. My vans check engine light can on, blinking and the van started to shimmy. Its almost midnight, my son pulled into the rest area which he was lucky under 2 miles from. I was pretry certain it was the spark plugs and coil packs thay were needed. My son slept in the van. Meanwhile first thing in the morning I was calling shops. We do it was the only that answered and said they could get him back on the road if he could get there.
