Guy just came and removed that water trap level switch, saw that the AC turned on and just left it like that. This could have cause water damaged had I not reinstalled it, and I'm no closer to getting the underlying issue resolved.

I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. They charged me $2020 above and beyond what the Home Warranty paid them (10,000+) to replace my furnace. They (GIO) was rude and raised his voice at me several times. I did not have the option of going with anyone else since it was a home warranty job. I waited weeks for them to be available and then had to have them out again to redo part of the installation because it was not working properly.
