Highly recommend this locally owned company ! I’ve hired them for 2 years for summer yard grass & bedding maintenance on our acreage , sprinkler blow outs, gravel & decorative rock design fire pit area, & mulch top up! The company is professional, great at communicating, quick to respond & always shows up on time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I requested a phone call 4 times to convey an issue and better understand their "guarantee" of snow removal. They chose to refund me and terminate the service instead of a simple phone call. Found someone else to do it for half the price and they actually show up promptly.
I got an appointment with them on Saturday early morning but they didn’t show up till now.
