Shannon and RC did an amazing job! They were professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They did a great job breaking down our existing office filing system, removing unnecessary materials, and making sure everything was cleaned up and organized. We especially appreciated them going the extra mile to help move our file cabinets to their permanent locations. Their teamwork and attention to detail made the process smooth from start to finish. Excellent work—highly recommended!

Shannon was very professional and friendly. He got to the appointment early which I really do appreciate. Great company to call when you have metal and aluminum junk to get rid of.

Shannon was very professional, timely, and informative. He contacted me with in 10 minutes of my online inquiry, which I really appreciate. This was one of the better customer service experiences I've had in years. The tow truck driver was also professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using your company for all of my future scrap needs. Thank you

Shannon and Rc are great! They have been servicing us here at Firestone. Super attentive and always asks if something is or is not scrap if it is not physically in the bin. Super appreciative of their caring spirit.
