Professional and to the point. They picked up my items the same day I called.
Made arrangements for a scrap pickup. The pickup for the "easy stuff" was fine. Their man RC was GREAT - easy to work with, friendly and a hard worker. I was told they would be by to pick up the remainder on the following Monday. No show on Monday, and I called repeatedly to find out what was going on. Only one phone call connected, which got cut off mid-conversation. The listed phone number dumps to a cell phone with a full mailbox and almost never seems to get answered.
