Cedrik is an excellent technician. He came to my house to deal with an ant infestation, and everything was resolved very quickly. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I recommend him 100%.
Had bed bugs they did a heat treatment. Very professional arrived on time and took the time to walk through the town house to make sure everything was right for the treatment and even explained that the bugs go into the baseboards during the day. All in all a great experience. Jenelle did a great job with the customer service, truthfully went above and beyond with the amount of times I called. Would recommend to anyone
Called these guys about a wasp problem. Not only were they less expensive than the other guys, but they were able to send a technician to take care of the problem the same day. Daniel, the technician, was both punctual and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to neutralize the area of concern. Their work came with a 6-month guarantee, but I hope that we won't need to have them back.
Cedrik is a true professional. He helped me get rid of a bee nest with great care and respect for the environment. The work was clean and meticulous. I highly recommend him.
We had the technician Cedric come into our home. Our first meeting was very informative and Cedric was great at giving us some advice and options for our issue with Gordon the mouse and his friends. He explained, very well, how the products work and the options the company offers. He is quite knowledgeable and explains very well what could be happening.
