Your service guy encountered extra work here. He chose to remove hardware wire we'd wrapped around the exterior unit so he could clean it properly. It wasn't easy, yet he was very nice about it. He was clearly set on doing his job well.
I was very pleased with the service performed. The tech cleaned 2 heat pumps and the difference was day and night in both appearance and performance.
