Adding invoice so people know what to expect. I was given an estimate of about $80 based on the area (2 bedrooms and closets in an apartment we're newly moving into). The actual quote was $300 to include enzyme treatment and protectant. I have no problem with the upsell attempt and declined the add ons, and the tech dropped the price to $200, saying that was the minimum price. Same as other reviewers have stated on pricing. I had this company out after my tenants had them out for their bedrooms but they had missed the stairs. I was quoted over the phone $69 for them to come back and complete the stairs, they came out and said they couldn't do it for less than $119. WIth tax and environmental fees (they used our water and disposed down our drain so not sure what that $12 really covers). Total bill was over $140. Spent more time setting up then cleaning quoted 110$ ended up paying 329$ i don’t know what for stains still visible urine smell still there after I payed extra for the cleaning for urine!!! Missed several spots paid for a deep cleaning and looks basic and carpet feels full of chemicals!!!
