I had a 2 piece sectional halfway cleaned. 1st I’d like to say I booked an online appointment. They kept calling to come before scheduled time slot. Then it came down to my time slot. I was told 4:30. That time comes I received no response. At around 7:15 the tech wanted to come. Way too late for me. Called off work for next day which I didn’t want to be really needed the sectional cleaned. Tech arrived 30min after new time slot. My rug, couch and chair were cleaned: amazing job!! The man who cleaned (Momchil) helped me move a couch! It was negative 10 degrees! This company not only cleans; from the first phone call for service. As well as making sure my rugs, couch and chair were spotless. I thank you all!! Thank you for going above and behond!!
Joe was wonderful! He was thorough, got all the stains out, and really seemed to enjoy his job! Highly recommend.
