Just wanted to echo what over people have said: this company began making fraudulent charges on my credit card. They made several thousand worth of charges over the last 6 weeks, starting in January 2025. Please avoid this company. I have disputed this with my CC company, and have been refunded. Again, please do not use this company.
Meydi is great, I can't believe how quickly and thoroughly she works! --- Update: There is some weird stuff going on at this company, so I can no longer recommend them. However, their workers are all great, including Meydi, if you can get a hold of her outside of We Clean! I'll post more on the issues soon. Read the other reviews on here and Yelp. UPDATE: This company fraudulently charged my card in retaliation. I scheduled a deep clean, but I did not receive a deep clean. My base boards were not cleaned, my chairs weren't wiped down, my light fixtures over the kitchen island were still dusty, and there were still cobwebs in corners. I'm so disappointed and will not use this service again, which is a shame because the scheduling and booking were great. EDIT: The solo cleaner arrived about 10:30am and left before 2pm. I used this company for a cleaning for my rental property in December, 2023. The cleaning was less than adequate, and when I provided feedback, my contact, Faye, simply stopped responding. Not great service, I thought, but I figured I just wouldn't use them again. Not a big deal. Then, in January 2025, they charged my credit card for three separate fake cleanings, one for $498, one for $220, and one for $392, all within a matter of two days. Like, straight up fraud. I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. Similar to some other reviews they overcharged my card by $300. When I contacted the company they apologized and said they would refund me but then stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. They may claim that some of these reviews are fraudulent but I'm sure they are not. I had to get my bank involved and they thankfully were able to recover the money for me.
