Meydi is great, I can't believe how quickly and thoroughly she works! --- Update: There is some weird stuff going on at this company, so I can no longer recommend them. However, their workers are all great, including Meydi and Kerlyn, if you can get a hold of them outside of We Clean! I'll post more on the issues soon after we finish working with our credit card company. Read the other reviews on here and Yelp. Do not use this company. There's some unfortunate stuff that's happening to a lot of people.
FRAUD ALERT – BEWARE! Between February and March, We Clean charged my credit card FIVE times, totaling $1,691, for services I never requested or received. I needed to get a new credit card. I used this company legitimately in November 2024 and had no issues at the time, the clean job was just fine. After noticing the charges, they refused to return my calls and texts regarding the charges and are now claiming legitimate negative reviews are "fraudulent." This cleaning company is truly phenomenal! They've done an outstanding job for my husband and me multiple times, always leaving our home spotless. Their communication is top-notch, and you can really see how committed they are to providing the best service possible. I was so impressed that I referred them to all my neighbors, and now they're even cleaning for my elderly mom and aunt. If you're on the fence about booking, trust me—you won't regret it! Don't believe those fake reviews about overcharging! We hired them for a deep cleaning and it was phenomenal. Everything was great from the initial call to the actual cleaning. Because of this, we decided to hire them for monthly cleanings. They have been consistent, communicative and on point. This was a great decision. Just wanted to echo what over people have said: this company began making fraudulent charges on my credit card. They made several thousand worth of charges over the last 6 weeks, starting in January 2025. Please avoid this company. I have disputed this with my CC company, and have been refunded. Again, please do not use this company.
