Matthew assessed our situation and patiently explained our options, he was not pushy. We felt extremely confident and comfortable having the We Care company come and install a new furnace. Who would have thought, that in the middle of March, we would reach 98° 5 days in a row. I've been with We Care for the last 6 years and always received great service. Today Arturo came out to repair my air conditioning unit. The level of customer service was impeccable. Friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Recommend We Care highly.

The five stars goes to Christian. He had great service, really kind, and was thorough and even wanted to explain some things to make sure we knew what he saw. He also had to come back when our security camera seemed like it was affected by the work and he was able to still remedy that for us. I really appreciated Christian, his work ethic, and he really did care. If you want to go by the service, I wish Christian was able to do more services. I'd call him for everything if I could.
