I have used WeCare for over 10 years. I selected them in part because of their reputation and high quality of service. I initially purchased a brand new Lennox system with 4 zones and had them redo all the ducting in my house. Purchase price was around $35,000. For the first few years they would call and schedule bi-annual service, which I always did. But over the last few years the service has greatly deteriorated. Matthew was great to work with. He is professional, intelligent and excellent at problem solving. Who would have thought, that in the middle of March, we would reach 98° 5 days in a row. I've been with We Care for the last 6 years and always received great service. Today Arturo came out to repair my air conditioning unit. The level of customer service was impeccable. Friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Recommend We Care highly.

Matthew assessed our situation and patiently explained our options, he was not pushy. We felt extremely confident and comfortable having the We Care company come and install a new furnace.
