I could not be more happy with the expedience I had. I always get three bids for any job I have done at my house that costs several thousand dollars. I am selling my house and did not realize that I had roots in my sewer line from the house to the street until the home inspection was done. Very difficult situation with wet carpet and walls and baseboards. Living room, bathroom and master closet. Each and every manager and technician were super professional and set me at ease right away everything was explained and all my options laid out in a way that was understandable at every stage. We still have a ways to go but they got all the water damage equipment in place and will be coming out tomorrow to assess the pipe leak in the wall and figure out next steps. We Care was very prompt in completing our HVAC install and air duct work in one day. Very punctual. Trey was detailed in explaining the entire process. Jesse who was in charge of the work was also very detailed in explaining the equipment and work completed.

This maintenance visit for my AC unit and my furnace was the best experience I have had with We Care Plumbing to date. The technician, Cole Worthy, was pleasant and very polite. He took the time to explain everything he did and with pictures which made the information provided easier to understand. I am truly pleased with the service received. A happy customer 😃👍🏼.

We have a membership with We Care, so this service was free. Yes, that’s right $0! We’ve been with We Care for approx. 15 +or- yrs now. In the past they have done our new Lennox HVAC system - AWESOME job!! A few years ago they did our new water heater -EASY PEASY FANTASTIC job!! And they continually do our maintenance. The only time we ever pay for anything is if we need a new filter or any other services that need repairs.
