Cancelled my appointment I scheduled weeks ago because I wasn’t able to make an earlier appointment. Can’t even keep an estimate appointment? Good luck there’s so many air conditioning companies around, talk to your lazy technicians about keeping appointments. The CUSTOMER sets the time, too bad if he’s already in my city and I’m unable to make an earlier appointment, I set the estimate based on MY schedule. Completely entitled and disappointing. I’m calling Costco to file a formal complaint as well.
