Jesus was very professional and did a great job
I will recommend this establishment to everyone. The Tec showed me step by step what was wrong with my unit. He showed me pictures of everything he did and what I need to do to not have another problem. I truly satisfied with the service, like I said I will recommend We Care to other folks. Service representative was very polite, courteous and explained what was going on when he was working on the outdoor air exchange unit. Our dog chewed up some of the insulation on the unit. He gave me an idea of how to remedy that problem, which was very helpful.
My dad was very happy with services. He is very hard of hearing. The guys were sympathetic and able to answer all his questions
