The salesperson Peter Child was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed meeting with him and appreciated his time. Unfortunately, the cost was more than what we could afford within our budget. Thank you. I would grade Peter at a 10.
I have a water leak from master bathroom, the plumber came in with no detection or inspection equipment. He was guessing the leak could be from here or there with the naked eye. The repairs was not done because the estimated repairs between $700-$800 without knowing the actual problem and I ended up paying $200 for diagnosis.
The technician came on time and very professional.
WeCare installed new heating and cooling systems in my home in 2023-4. We had numerous problems with the company during installation. The company changed ownership from Oak Island then delayed the completion of my home by 4 months as no one showed up to complete installation. The systems they installed are still not working properly 3 years later. They send a few technicians every summer to try and fix the systems.
