Jonathan and Megan made a chaotic and stressful day better. The techs did absolutely amazing. I have to apologize for my father in law's attitude. I knew this was potentially the case. That is why I have not done anything with this year. This price is exactly what it would be pretty much anywhere, and it's typical. I knew that. He doesn't. I wish it had gone better. Nothing wrong that the techs did
