This agency always makes sure that my needs are met within the service guidelines and the nurse aide is very polite
Please please do not use this agency - 2 times they left my 85 year old dementia patient at home with no caregiver. They tell me at 10 am that caregiver has a flat tire at 3 pm the worker is on side of road. They can not be counted on , they act like it’s ok for my mom to be without a caregiver. Do not trust them. Nikki is the worst, she will tell you someone will be there and NOBODY shows up
