I'm very frustrated with the service from this office no professionalism.I know Doctor are busy and there time is very valuable but so is our health some time all you need is referral to specialist or refill to your prescription for that why do you need appointments and top of that if you go make an appointment why can't it be kept that way as there's a reason you book it on certain time really disappointed but no where we can complain as if we say something then to them it is bullying.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and I’m always impressed by how efficiently they run appointments. The front desk is friendly, nurses are attentive, and my doctor really listens. Highly recommend!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the staff was so gentle and kind. Dr. Mtambo listened patiently, explained my options, and never made me feel rushed. Best clinic I’ve been to in years!
Recently had a visit at We care medical, both the staff and the doctors are very professional and they make you feel valued as a patient. The front staff was so sweet with my nephew and they provided him cute stickers to cheer him up while helping out other patients at the same time as well. Im truly thankful to the staff and the doctors for continued care of my family.
This clinic’s environment is so clean and welcoming! It really sets a positive tone for my visit even if I am distressed from different conditions that I am having.The receptionists were so busy when I arrived but they assisted me promptly with a comforting smile. They answered to all my queries in a very patient manner. Dr. Mtambo is so attentive, professional and takes time to listen and explains things in a way I can understand. Never feel rushed.
