Worst agency ever. They expect aides to come to work on weekends and holidays but they NEVER there. Aides have no one to rely on we have to figure things out on our own. Someone should available everyday 24/7 they some way they expect they workers to be there. It's not fair. I feel like that's neglect. We go on vacation and they don't send in tempts. A aide quit now my client has no one for the evening and they been knew he was going to quit a week ago . That's neglect in my eyes and I feel like cpa should get very involved
