I have always heard wonderful things about We Care and had the chance to see for myself when my AC gave out last week. We Care Heating and Air lives up to their name.I met a few of the guys,Adam,Jacob,Josh, Louis, Nathan and a new guy. I could not have hoped for a better group of guys.Adam measured the house for duct work and Jacob and his crew installed the duct work within two days. We Care Heating and Air are the absolute best by far!!! They are bunch of great guys that do their best to make sure you receive top notch service for whatever you may need. 'We Care' technician Brandon Vaughan is a super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly HVAC expert. He went over the top explaining my issue as well as answering all my questions regarding repair or replacement of my HVAC unit. I will call him next time I have an issue because he took the time to ensure I am a satisfied customer. I wish every person I call to the house was just like him.
We have been in our house for 6 years now and have had multiple issues with our AC unit. It wasn't until a few months back that we learned about We Care. Just had a Trane XV18 4 ton system installed by We Care Heating & Air and the comfort improvement is astounding! The humidity is now perfect and the system is so quiet. Variable speeds are the way to go for best comfort, sound, and cost reduction. BUT, the installation team and company philosophy are the real reasons to choose We Care.
