It’s an amazing company for when you need your AC repaired or replaced. I had a pleasure meeting with Casey . He was super friendly and understood exactly what I needed . In follow up to my recent review, I did hear back from the general manager Edgar. He was very apologetic and offered to make things right to keep our business. Alex did come back at a time that worked with my schedule, and corrected the issue. I’ve decided to keep the service contract on both properties.
We have used We Care a few times now. First couple of times was a little rocky, mainly communication between the company and the technicians. This time, Issiah was sent to our home to work on electrical problems. Before he even arrived he had researched what had been done prior and was well aware of why he was at our home this time. He was very informative, pleasant and completed the job he came to do. Thank you!
