Claims to be 24/7 but they use a call center who can’t do shit to help troubleshooting. They came to service my ac unit a week ago, now my ac isn’t working. They try to upsell you on shitty services they half ass preform. Avoid at all costs!!

We agreed to a specific estimate. The work would have been extensive and they couldn't do it same day. The next day, another technician ( he was excellent) came out and was able to repair the pipe from outside and not bust the floor inside. We assumed it would be much cheaper but did not get another estimate. We were charged for the original extensive estimate and paid it. We shouldn't have paid right then and questioned it immediately. We had a plumbing problem. We Care had a technician out the same day, started the work within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous. Jonathon contacted a restoration company and they too arrived the same day. Excellent company!
