Had an issue with my garbage disposal, technician came by and assessed the status, covered with me in detail the options for repair versus replacement. I chose replacement and within 2 days he returned and handled the change out with a much better and more inexpensive option using a very high level product with Insinkerator. Installation and set up were flawless and we are very happy with the results. Steve Buzzell was my technician and highly recommend his services.
We've had the pleasure of having service to the thermostat by Daniel Peterson. We've had him out a couple times for other things. We are a VIP customer for WE CARE for about a year and a half we have all our services done by them and I've had an enjoyable experience with every employee. But is important to acknowledge when you have one that comes out and stands out he's very friendly, polite, and accommodating to all the request we have had. looking forward to the continuance of Care for the next few years.
After a new water heater installation, that did not resolve the issue, We Care was there to finish the project, beyond my satisfaction. Pensacola location and area. When I called about my troubles, Shane was there in an instant, and just as quickly as they appeared they were finished. He seemed to not mind the Gnome jokes either. Thank you!
Zach was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time needed to explain efficiently, as well as answering my questions. I would highly recommend We Care.
