very un-professional they called several times, do not know who they are calling for, cant even say the name right, do not know who they should be talking to. do not know what services they have to provide for the person, even when they have all the paperwork sent to them by insurance company. when pointed out to them call was transfered to another person, who instead of apologizing of their unprofessional attitude hung up. if this is they way they behave before they got the business, how will they behave afterword, can be i... read more
Falls short on communication Good service when the schedule goes like normal, but when there is a call out from the aide providing service, there is no communication from We Care (the agency) to let the patient know that assistance from a family member is needed on that day. If they truly care about their patients, they would call the patient so they can arrange back up and not leave the patient waiting all day to find out no one is coming.
