No prob. Satisfied! No problems with waiting time, it was a positive experience. Completely satisfied with the color. I was treated pleasanty. I am already looking forward to my next appt.
The only place I trust This is the only place I trust with my hair. I've had positive experiences every time I've gone. The staff is friendly and helpful. The stylists take note of what you want done and do exactly that. The prices are inexpensive and coupons come in the mail a few times a month. I'm so thankful I finally found my go to place.
Everyone's warm The new look is very nice. Salon always clean and staff very friendly. Everyone greets me by name.

Pleased. Thanks I was very pleased. I had a coupon which stated you neede to make an appointment. I called and was able to go right in. I discussed what I was looking for. She cut my hair, I said I think I want the top a little shorter. She cut a little more off...and..... VOILA! I love it.
Keep it up! Just keep up what you are already doing, I do miss the tanning beds this salon used to have
Nice facility The facility is beautiful and modern. It really feels like a trendy salon inside. It is easy to make appointments and I have rarely waited more than 5-10 minutes to see my hairdresser once I arrive. Of course, my hairdresser Ronnie is wonderful. She does an excellent job, makes great suggestions and is a pleasure to chat with while she is working on my hair.
good at what they do, but you pay for it This salon is GREAT at coloring hair. It always turns out the exact way I want it and it's always even and nicely colored, the only problem is the price. A coloring job is pretty expensive and coloring hair is something you need to keep up with and do routinely. I like it but it costs you quite a lot.
Attitude Adjustment I came into this salon a while back to get a haircut & ended up walking out. The people who work there are just plain white trash. Older ladies dressing like their 20. Their not the friendliest & they think their all that. Relax your 50 yrs old with a gut & no class whatsoever. After watching sone lady get her hair butchered off I decided to get up before I was next. Thank god I did so.
