DO NOT GO HERE!!! they are rude, unprofessional, and handled the situation very poorly. I was ONE minute late. They have a 15 minute window and anyone who knows providence knows how the traffic can get. I called and I said that I was on my way and that I was gonna be 15 minutes late. They said “ you better make it in 15, that’s our window.” and hung up on me. I had an appointment for 3:30. I have been going to We Care for Kids Dental for many years. I haven't had any bad experiences. I recently had a cavity filled and it went well. No novocaine was used. But Dr.Olton and the hygienists made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Dr.Olton is kind and very experienced in the Dental practice. And the Dental Hygienist, and receptionists are very helpful, patient and understanding. I would 100% recommend them to families with kids and young adults.
