As someone in the field that recieves services I understand that some people are just never satisfied and look for a reason to complain. I was initially hesitant because of the reviews but after my initial eval I am thankful for WeCare! Thank you for accepting medicaid patients!

We Care should change their name to "We Care to do the minimum amount that we are required to do by law." In my particular case, they waited until the very deadline that I had to extend, until the very last minute, to send in some very important paperwork to save my job and make sure I get term disability that I pay for every month at my job. We care filled my intermittent FMLA paperwork out and showed my job that they were capable of filling out paperwork. I had to go on continuous leave with short-term disability payments ... read more

Had an assessment for my child April 1. Almost 2 months later I'm still waiting for them to set her up with an appointment. I've never in my life dealt with a more unprofessional and untimely mental health office. I don't recommend even trying to use them if you want an appointment within 2 months.
