He is very Rude. I ask him how much he was going to charge he said one price when I came back he doubled it. He said my car was too dirty 😮... so if my car is clean I don’t need your services... he told me don’t came back here again ... I paid the double price that he charge me because I am a big believer of God . I know he will take care of it for me.
Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever encountered. My brand new car left with swirl marks ALL over. The manager honestly provided us with the worst customer service I have ever received. Instead of helping us fix the problem or offering a refund he insisted I would have to file a claim with my auto insurance. He claims he is all about customer service but the fact is he only cares about making a quick dollar and not providing a good service.
