We are customers of M & B Auto Group Manassas, VA and were referred to We Care Auto for any and all services. This is an update to my 5 Star Glowing review from 3 weeks ago, before we had to use the AC more often, after the three days of diagnostic and service. While the woman on the front end was kind and courteous, they didn't actually fix the issues that the car was brought in for. They tried to tell me that no warning lights came on and no codes were thrown, but didn't bother checking the logs. They claimed that they fixed the problems, but the same warning lights came on twenty minutes after leaving the shop.
