They really go by their name. I got there shortly before closing, and they got my car in. I went for an emissions test and got a safety inspection as well. I did not have to wait to long and was on my way. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent experience, they helped me with a major repair for my car and the result was satisfactory.
Worst maintenance experience ever. Was told the car was ready and when I arrived to pick the car up later the same day I had to wait over an hour while the shop contacted auto care to confirm the deductible. On top of that I was charged tax which should have been exempt according to the claim representative. When I tried to express that it was nuts to have to wait so long to pick the car up after being told it was ready the manager had the nerve to tell me I should have showed up at 0845 when he sent the notification.
