Nidal, Brandon, & febe went over and beyond to take care of my 2015 Silverado when everywhere else from and 1 hour & a half away (Washington DC) I went gave me a hard time. Highly Recommend
I would like to give Zero Stars to this Auto Repair Shop, because they are not professional, the owner/manager is dishonest, and disrespect person, this is one of the worst auto repair shop in DMV area, never trust them, they kept my vehicle for 2 months (06/18/2025 to 08/12/2025) and charged me $3,707.00 for my 2016 land rover but never got fixed, and gave me 24 hours to come pick up the vehicle or they will charge me storage fee and then illegally charged me $985.00 for storage fees, shame on your business. for two months ... read more
I have had the best customer service experience with We Care. Febe was awesome, she was highly professional and patient with all of my concerns and questions she went out of her way to assist me . Car was towed in on Saturday and ready for pickup on Wednesday. Will use them again.
