They have canceled me multiple times, after making multiple 6 hour round trips to their office and losing time from work and life… if I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Office staff is rude and short with you with the exception of one person. Their confirmation system is unreliable and they blame you if it doesn’t work. Can’t recommend this place any less. If there were literally any other dentist taking my insurance I’d go elsewhere. I’ve waited two years now for a simple crown.

I have had multiple terrible experiences here. They are the only dentist that my insurance will cover and I will continue to see them for basic cleanings but as far as their “expert” opinions go I’d ALWAYS recommend getting a second opinion and take everything they suggest with a grain of salt. In 2024 the dentist there said I had 17 cavities which would require me to come back to the office 17 times to get them filled one at a time, I got a second opinion and had NONE. I have had nothing but awful experiences on the dental and medical sides, but people who live in rural areas have so few choices. If you have other choices - go elsewhere.

My elderly mom was a patient here for about 2 years. There was constantly issues with billing. She was over billed. They never sent referrals timely if at all. We would have to call multiple times to get paperwork handled. We were often told things had been done, only to call back later & there was no record. After dealing with the constant mishandling and being very frustrated. My mom moved to a new clinic. She is still dealing with the billing issues.
