Bought an Ingersoll 3016 to snow blow my driveway. Ran great when I bought it but the carb started having issues a few weeks later. I’m not great with carbs so I called this guy wanting it rebuilt. He came to MY garage which was great. Due to the design of the engine, removing the carb would have been too time consuming (engine needs to come out). Finally got a call that our lawnmower was done, I told him I’d be on my way this afternoon, I’ve been sitting outside for an hour, called him 8 times and left messages, texted 3 times no response!!!! I drove 45 minutes, sat an hour so far and absolutely nothing!!!!!!!! Why would you even call and say it was ready if you were gonna ghost me!! We can fix it......HAHAHAHAHA NO HE CAN'T 1ST took 3 days to come and get it 2ed no call back and does not next back 3rd was gonna trade for a zero turn and cash ask to stop by check it out and do a demo run he said sure called no answer 4th was he was gonna bring my mower back on a Monday been 4 days lmao he a joke DO NOT GO TO HIM and had it for 5 weeks and still counting
