Completely unprofessional. Absolutely no communication on the day of appointment. I called Homevestors/WeBuyUglyHouses four different times throughout the day with still no response from anyone. On the third call I was told by a representative that Mr. Matthew Spence claimed to his parent company he had allegedly sent me an email saying he wasn't going to show, this is false, no email in my inbox or spam box.
