I had my house fsbo. I got an unsolicited text from a realtor that said he had a friend that was an investor and would give me x amount cash. Turned out it was just we buy houses. They looked at my house and said they'd give me an offer of x amount. I was going to do it. Then I saw they have nothing but 5 star reviews.
