This was a new experience for them and me. It Was very frustrating but after we got things figured out it seemed to go smoother. Overall they are friendly people. This was on a mobile home but if you're selling a house I'm sure it would be easier.
Wonderful and honest people! They did everything they said and we even closed on the house early! (less than 2 weeks) Very easy to deal with. They made a fair offer and did not try to low ball it. Wish I had more to sell. It was great saving the realtor fees!
