Was charged a "flat fee" of $732 for a twenty-minute disposal replacement. Had to pay the $95 dispatch fee before they would estimate the work. I don't think I paid a fair price for the work performed.
Was charged a “flat rate” of $732 for a 20 min disposal replacement. They wouldn’t quote over the phone; you must pay the $95 dispatch fee before they will provide an estimate. I don’t think this was a fair or accurate rate and I won’t use them again.
